The purpose of project preparation is to reconstruct the administrative building and renovate heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; to upgrade water supply and sewage systems; modernize low currents (communications, automation, security alarms, fire information) systems; to optimize the interior layout by updating the interior solutions; update and modernize electricity inlets and points.
Renovate the facade finish, replace the rainwater guttering, additionally insulate the facade roof, achieving energy efficiency class C.
When preparing a reconstruction project, it is also recommended to replace all windows and exterior doors.
