The administrative building is designed from three rectangular three-storey housings. The dimensions and scale of the buildings are selected similarly to those of the surrounding construction. Each of the three enclosures is designed with separate entrances. All three buildings have similar dimensions, separated by different but characteristic facades. Facades are designed from clinker facing bricks and cork vertical elements. Gaps of 8m are maintained between the buildings, which are used for landscaping and the visibility of green areas behind the designed buildings.
